TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The once globally popular messaging app BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) is ending its consumer services on May 31st. The announcement came from BBM's operator Emtek, as reported by Android Police, Thursday, April 18.
It didn't seem too long ago when the platform resurfaced by making the app cross-platform. But despite honest efforts, BBM had to admit that the world had moved on to other messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, dan Telegram.
Users are eligible to seek refunds from Play Store for all the purchases they made, such as for stickers, emoji, and others. Users are also advised to export and download all data.
